It is important to know:
– Booking is carried out only on advance payment of 25%
– The subsequent payment will be made immediately after the photo shoot, on the same day.
– If studio is arranged for shooting, the cost of the prepayment for the rent of the studio is not refundable in the case of rescheduling the date of the photo session.
– In case of cancellation in less than 48 hours, the prepayment is not refundable.
– Time is the essence, in this regard; photo shoot starts at mutually agreed time. If any delays by Client, Photographer must be informed at least 2 hours before shooting time. If not, duration of delay/waiting time will be counted as photo shoot time and calculated for payment.
– In the case of an urgent order where you would like to receive photos or video earlier, please be aware that there will be an additional cost of 25% of the total package. This surcharge is applied to accommodate the expedited delivery and ensure timely fulfillment of your request.
Additional Information:
– I will be happy to advise you, together we will choose an idea and an concept.
– I will help to find the right location.
– I can recommend talented makeup and hair masters, should you need their services.
– Within 14 days you will receive all photos.
– Deadline for delivery of all processed photos is 14 days (This only applies if photos to be edited chosen by the Client within 3 days after receiving all photos. Any photos chosen after this period, will be edited later at a convenient time for the Photographer).
– I transfer photos by the convenient Dropbox service, you will receive them in the best quality.
– Additional processing (retouching) cost is €25 per photo.
– Travel expenses are not included.
– Studio is not included.
